I just had to get a picture of these sheep. People in New Zealand don't like to hear about how amazed you are at the sheer number of sheep here. I think they are trying to ditch the "New Zealand is all about sheep" image and become more cosmopolitan or something. But seriously, sheep are everywhere! Here we are at Jacks Bay. Our car is just parked on the other side of the road from these sheep, and beyond our car about 30 feet is the ocean. These sheep are just hanging out in people's yards getting some snacks. They were actually in the road trying to stare us down as we were driving to the beach but eventually let us by.
