The other day was a really nice spring-like day in Dunedin. I think it was August 21st which is high summer back home. Dan decided to do some spring cleaning in the alley by our apartment.
The theory is people won't litter as much if the place is clean in the first place.

I like this picture because of the Speights Beer "Pride of the South" sign behind Dan. The brewery is in Dunedin and Dan always jokes about being a tough Southern man. That's southern as in south part of South Island, New Zealand.
