Day two of the road trip from Denver to Milwaukee. We drove through Iowa which was picturesque with rolling hills and big farms like this one.
Then over the Mississippi River. Apologies for the poor quality photos...the camera & the truck windows were so dirty by this point.
Once you cross the Mississippi River, you arrive in Illinois, the Land of Lincoln. It's nice to know the people of Illinois welcome us.
By this point, we were tired of all the driving, and the scenery was nothing to write home about.
Finally! Back to Wisconsin. The truck (and Dan) held up well for the whole trip, and we got home safe and sound.
