From Colorado Springs, we drove to Denver and were lucky enough to stay with our good friends, Holly & Jeff Farmer. I'm not sure why Dan felt it necessary to hold Doggy hostage in the rocking chair. We had so much fun catching up with the Farmers and playing with Daniel and Avery.
While we were there, we caught up with a lot of old friends from when we lived in Denver including Jerica & Curt Jones who came over to the Farmers for a game night. Dan and I also checked out our old house on Ash Street. It looked almost exactly the same as when we sold it. The new owners weren't home so we couldn't get inside to look around, but we talked to some of our old neighbors. It was a good visit to Denver even though it ended too quickly. We hit the road after only a few days.
