This last July Danny & I hiked the Gem Lake trail near Estes Park. It started as only a short hike up to Gem Lake, but it was so nice we kept going. It ended up being a 10 mile loop hike. Thankfully the weather stayed beautiful, & the blisters kept to a minimum.
