June 27th, the neighborhood was hosting the Chicago Pride Parade. We walked the half block over to Broadway and watched the festivities.
The sidewalks were packed and everyone was having a good time.We had to position ourselves near a sports pub with the soccer on so we could multitask our entertainment.
Oh, the dancing cowboys...these guys were one of the best groups of the 4 hour parade. You could tell they practiced a lot.

The parade wasn't all just cowboys and dancers; the Chicago women's football team was represented. We quit the parade early so I could get to work, but it was a fun time.
